Our skilled investigator(s) conduct professional conversations (and include anyone in the vicinity or associated with the subject, witness or victim) to properly document the incident and determine Who, What, When, Where and Why.

Interview & Statement Taking is an effective means of problem solving and loss prevention. Data Quest’s investigator(s) will only interview individual(s) determined to be physically and mentally fit to make a statement. Statements, which are signed by both the investigator and interviewees, help prevent the story from changing in the future. Statement(s) can record what the person saw, heard or felt and the document can be used by many regulatory bodies including the courts.
